This website is operated by Organic Formula Partners, a small team that ships European infant formula from Germany to families in the US.

2. About this website
This website presents the Organic Formula Partners referral program for birth and newborn professionals and for parenting, family lifestyle and wellness creators. No products are sold on this website. Partners refer families to our online store, where all orders are placed and handled under the store’s own terms of service.
3. No medical advice
The content on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Questions about a baby’s health and feeding belong with a pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider. The European formulas we ship are not FDA approved.
4. Trademarks
HiPP, Holle and Kendamil are trademarks of their respective owners. Organic Formula Partners is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these brands. Brand names are used only to describe the products we ship.
5. Program terms
Applying
Submitting an application does not create a partnership. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
Your code
Approved partners receive a personal code. Clients and followers who use the code save 10% on their first order. Codes are personal and may not be posted on coupon or deal websites.
Commission
Partners earn 10% on every order placed with their code. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.
Payouts
Commission is paid once a month via PayPal to the email address the partner provides. There are no minimums or quotas.
Partner standards
Every partner agrees to:
- let clients know that they earn a commission when clients order with their code, and label every social media post or other content with their code as an ad or paid partnership,
- make no health claims and leave questions about a baby’s health to the family’s pediatrician,
- let families know clearly that these European formulas are not FDA approved,
- never discourage or talk down breastfeeding.
Independent partners
Partners act independently. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Organic Formula Partners and are responsible for any taxes on the commission they earn.
Ending the partnership
Either side may end the partnership at any time by email. We may end a partnership right away if the partner standards are not followed. Commission earned on eligible orders before the end date is still paid out.
Changes to the program
We may update these terms. Active partners are informed by email, and changes apply from the date stated in that email.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Organic Formula Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from participation in the program.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep all information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or always available.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law.
